Can’t tell you how awesome it feels to lift some weights again and do simple things like jog and cardio again! For 2 weeks I’ve been nursing a rib crack and Injury and feeling the steel in my hand and being able to push it this week was incredible! Crazy the things you take for granted! Have to remind myself now none of us are unbreakable! Now to ease back into my routine!

The body is a incredible thing ya know..When I hurt myself I had never felt so much pain before along my whole left side..Can’t blame anyone but myself either ya know..It was Boys playing with their toys that caused it,,,Fell of a Tube Boating going about 45mph along a winding whip…Instead of releasing cleanly I let the tube get on top of me and the wake of the wave crashed into my side..Knew instantly I was hurt…

Fast forward back to today and the triumph I felt getting back to a semi normal fitness routine taught me to NEVER again take my fitness for granted and realize I’m older now and sometimes we need to act our age even though we feel our shoe size sometimes! 😉
